欢迎使用 LifeGuard（以下简称“本服务”）。当你注册、登录、访问或使用本服务时，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。
1. 服务内容
本服务为个人守护与提醒应用，包含账户登录、提醒设置、超时预警、紧急联系人通知、心情记录与状态追踪等功能。具体功能以实际上线版本为准。
2. 账户与安全
- 你应保证注册信息真实、准确、完整，并及时更新。
- 你应妥善保管账户及密码，不得出借、转让或共享。
- 因你自身原因导致的账号泄露、被盗用或损失，由你承担相应责任。
3. 使用规则
- 不得违反法律法规、公序良俗或侵害他人合法权益。
- 不得利用本服务发送垃圾邮件、营销群发、骚扰或欺诈信息。
- 不得恶意攻击、抓取、逆向工程或干扰服务稳定运行。
- 你提交的紧急联系人信息应已取得合法授权。
4. 费用与订阅（如适用）
- 部分功能可能为付费功能，价格与权益以应用内展示为准。
- 如涉及自动续费，续费与取消规则以支付平台规则为准。
5. 服务变更与终止
- 我们可基于业务、合规或技术原因对服务进行升级、维护或调整。
- 若你违反本条款或相关法律，我们可限制功能、暂停或终止服务。
6. 免责声明与责任限制

The Service provides personal guardian/reminder features, including account login, reminder settings, timeout alerts, emergency-contact notifications, mood logs, and status tracking.
2. Account and Security
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete account information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You are responsible for losses caused by your account misuse or leakage.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not violate law, public order, or lawful rights of others.
- Do not use the Service for spam, mass marketing emails, harassment, or fraud.
- Do not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt service operations.
- You must have authorization for emergency-contact information you submit.
4. Fees and Subscription (If Applicable)
- Some features may be paid; pricing and benefits are shown in the app.
- Auto-renewal and cancellation follow relevant payment platform rules.
5. Service Changes and Termination
- We may upgrade, maintain, adjust, suspend, or terminate parts of the Service.

LifeGuard（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービス内容
本サービスは、見守り通知、タイムアウト警告、緊急連絡先通知、気分記録、状態追跡などの機能を提供します。
2. アカウントとセキュリティ
- 登録情報は真実・正確・完全である必要があります。
- アカウント情報の管理は利用者の責任です。
- 不正利用や漏えいによる損害は利用者が負担します。
3. 利用ルール
- 法令・公序良俗・第三者権利に反する行為を禁止します。
- スパム送信、広告目的の大量通知、嫌がらせ・詐欺行為を禁止します。
- 攻撃、スクレイピング、リバースエンジニアリング等を禁止します。
- 緊急連絡先情報の登録には適法な権限が必要です。
4. 料金とサブスクリプション（該当時）
- 一部機能は有料の場合があります。詳細はアプリ表示に従います。
- 自動更新と解約は決済プラットフォーム規約に従います。
5. 変更・停止・終了
- 事業・法令・技術上の理由で機能変更、保守、停止を行う場合があります。
- 規約違反時には機能制限または利用停止を行う場合があります。
6. 免責と責任制限
- 本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。
- ネットワーク障害・第三者障害・不可抗力による損害は法令範囲で責任を負います。
- 本サービスは医療・法律等の専門助言を目的としません。
7. 準拠法と紛争解決
本規約には中華人民共和国法（抵触法除く）を適用します。紛争はまず協議し、解決しない場合は管轄裁判所に提訴できます。
